HEALTHY DIET

Morning guys! I leave you a food pyramid which you can check in order to complete yours. Pay attention to the most important foodstuff. Those are the ones at the bottom of the pyramid such as bread, rice, pasta etc. As you can see the "bad ones" are on the top. Some of them are fats, oils, sweets...basically, the yummy stuff 👅. And please, remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and to do some kind of exercise several times a week. Following these pieces of advice you´ll feel much better!! 💪💪💪
